Terms and Guarantee

This page explains the rules for buying at jeruk.id. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

Orders and delivery

• Orders are placed through the form on this site. The price that applies is the price in the form when the order is placed.
• Codes and top ups are delivered once the payment is confirmed. Codes are sent to the email you enter, and top ups are delivered to the ID you enter.
• For large orders from new buyers, we may ask for extra verification before processing.

Code guarantee

• Every code we send is new and unused.
• If a code cannot be redeemed, contact support on WhatsApp with the order code and a screenshot of the error message. We check it with our supplier, then replace the code or refund you if the problem is shown to come from the code.
• The guarantee does not cover codes that were redeemed successfully, or codes that failed because the account region does not match the code region.

Mistakes in buyer details

• A top up delivered to the wrong ID cannot be recalled. Check the ID on the Review screen before you place the order.
• A code sent to the wrong email and redeemed by someone else cannot be replaced.

Payment

• Bank transfers must include the transfer note shown on the screen. Transfers without the note are refunded.
• Payments with phone credit follow the credit price in the form, which differs from the bank transfer price.
• Crypto payments (USDT or USDC) must be sent with the coin and over the network you chose, in exactly the amount shown, while the rate is still locked. Other coins, other networks, or other addresses are outside jeruk.id’s responsibility.

Refunds

• If we cannot deliver a product, for example because it is out of stock, you receive a full refund.
• The refund method is agreed with support on WhatsApp.

Account security

• jeruk.id never asks for your password, OTP code, or account PIN.
• Pay only to the account, QRIS code, phone number, or wallet address shown in the form or in the order email from jeruk.id.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Questions about them can be sent on WhatsApp. If this English version and the Indonesian version differ, the Indonesian version applies.
