How to Pay

Every order at jeruk.id is placed through the order form. Once the order is placed, the screen shows the order code, the amount to pay, and instructions for the payment method you chose. The same instructions are sent to your email, so you do not need to write them down.

Available payment methods

• Bank transfer: BCA or Mandiri. The account number and holder appear after you place the order.
• QRIS / e-wallet (Indonesia): GoPay, OVO, DANA, LinkAja, ShopeePay, m-banking. Scan the jeruk.id QRIS from your payment app (Indonesian apps only).
• Convenience store (Indonesia): Indomaret, Alfamart, Alfamidi, Lawson. The payment code for the cashier is sent by jeruk.id support on WhatsApp after you confirm.
• Phone credit (pulsa): Telkomsel or XL. Credit prices differ from bank transfer prices and are shown in the form.
• Crypto (USDT or USDC): USDT: BEP20, Solana, ERC20, Arbitrum One, opBNB, TRC20, TON · USDC: Polygon PoS, Sui, Solana, BEP20, Arbitrum One, Sonic, ERC20, Base. The USDT or USDC amount is calculated at the rate when the order is placed.

The list above always matches the options in the form. Prices are in Indonesian rupiah (Rp). Bank transfer, QRIS, convenience stores, and phone credit work with Indonesian accounts; from outside Indonesia, pay with USDT or USDC: the coin amount is calculated for you in the order form. Bank transfer

• Transfer exactly the amount shown on the order screen to one of the accounts listed there.
• Write the transfer note exactly as shown, e.g. ITUNES JRK7W4E2. It contains the product code and order code so we know which order the payment is for. Transfers without this note are refunded.
• You can transfer through mobile banking, internet banking, an ATM, or a bank teller. If the ATM has no note field, write the note by hand on the receipt.
• Keep the proof of transfer to send when you confirm. For ATM transfers, send a photo of the receipt with the note written on it.

QRIS and e-wallets

When QRIS is offered in the form, the order screen shows the jeruk.id QR code. Scan it from any app that supports QRIS, such as an Indonesian e-wallet or mobile banking app. Make sure the name shown is jeruk.id, then enter the exact amount from the screen. You can also save the QR image and open it from your payment app.

Convenience store

When convenience store payment is offered in the form, place the order and tap Confirm on WhatsApp. jeruk.id support sends you a payment code. Show that code at the cashier of an Indonesian convenience store, pay the amount, and keep the receipt as proof.

Phone credit (pulsa)

• Choose phone credit in the form. Credit prices differ from bank transfer prices and are shown before you place the order.
• Send the credit amount shown on the order screen to the destination number for your operator, through the credit transfer menu in your operator’s app or the operator’s transfer code.
• Keep the credit transfer receipt from your operator to send when you confirm.

USDT and USDC crypto

When crypto is offered in the form, choose the coin and network you use. The order screen shows the coin amount and the wallet address for that network. Send exactly that amount, only with that coin and over that network, because funds sent over another network may be lost. The rate is locked for a while after the order is placed, and the duration is shown on the screen. After sending, paste the TxID in the form so the payment can be matched quickly. After paying

Tap the Confirm on WhatsApp button on the order screen, then attach your proof of payment in that chat. The WhatsApp message already contains the order code, so support knows straight away which order you paid for. Your product is delivered once the payment is confirmed.

Staying safe

• Pay only to the account, QR code, phone number, or wallet address shown in the form or in the order email from jeruk.id.
• jeruk.id never asks for your password, OTP code, or account PIN.
• The official jeruk.id WhatsApp number is shown in the Contact Us box below. Be careful with any other number claiming to be jeruk.id.
