How to top up

1. Choose a game and an amount in the form, then a payment method.
2. Enter your player ID, and the Server or Zone ID if asked. You can find these on the profile page inside the game.
3. Enter your name, WhatsApp number, and email, then review the order summary.
4. Pay as instructed once the order is placed.
5. Tap Confirm on WhatsApp and attach your proof of payment. The top up is processed once the payment is confirmed.

Pay with USDT and USDC

Payment methods

• Bank transfer: BCA or Mandiri. The account number and holder appear after you place the order.
• QRIS / e-wallet (Indonesia): GoPay, OVO, DANA, LinkAja, ShopeePay, m-banking. Scan the jeruk.id QRIS from your payment app (Indonesian apps only).
• Convenience store (Indonesia): Indomaret, Alfamart, Alfamidi, Lawson. The payment code for the cashier is sent by jeruk.id support on WhatsApp after you confirm.
• Phone credit (pulsa): Telkomsel or XL. Credit prices differ from bank transfer prices and are shown in the form.
• Crypto (USDT or USDC): USDT: BEP20, Solana, ERC20, Arbitrum One, opBNB, TRC20, TON · USDC: Polygon PoS, Sui, Solana, BEP20, Arbitrum One, Sonic, ERC20, Base. The USDT or USDC amount is calculated at the rate when the order is placed.

Game top up questions

Do I need to give my game account password?

No. A top up only needs your player ID. We never ask for passwords or OTP codes.

What if I enter the wrong ID?

A top up delivered to another ID cannot be recalled. Check the ID on the Review screen before you place the order.

Which server region do the products work on?

Most products are for Indonesian accounts. Products for Global, SEA, or other regions say so in their name and on their page.

How long does the top up take?

Usually a few minutes after the payment is confirmed. If it has not arrived, contact support on WhatsApp and mention the order code.
