Monthly bills

The bill amount and admin fee appear in the form after you tap Check bill, before you pay. The payment reference number is emailed to you as proof of payment.

How to buy a token

1. Choose the product and amount in the form, then a payment method.
2. Enter the meter number or customer ID, then your name, WhatsApp number, and email.
3. Pay as instructed. The token or voucher code is sent once the payment is confirmed.

How to pay a bill

1. Choose the type of bill in the form, enter the customer number, and tap Check bill.
2. Check the customer name, period, and bill amount. The admin fee and total are shown straight away.
3. Choose a payment method, enter your details, then place the order and pay.
4. The bill is paid as soon as we receive your payment, and the reference number is emailed to you.

Payment methods

• Bank transfer: BCA or Mandiri. The account number and holder appear after you place the order.
• QRIS / e-wallet (Indonesia): GoPay, OVO, DANA, LinkAja, ShopeePay, m-banking, e-wallet. Scan the jeruk.id QRIS from your payment app (Indonesian apps only).
• Phone credit (pulsa): Telkomsel or XL. Credit prices differ from bank transfer prices and are shown in the form.
• Crypto (USDT or USDC): USDT: BEP20, Solana, ERC20, Arbitrum One, opBNB, TRC20, TON · USDC: Polygon PoS, Sui, Solana, BEP20, Arbitrum One, Sonic, ERC20, Base. The USDT or USDC amount is calculated at the rate when the order is placed.

Token and bill questions

Can I buy a token or pay a bill for someone else?

Yes. Enter that person’s meter or customer number. For bills, the customer name is shown before you pay, so you can make sure the number is right.

What if the bill was already paid elsewhere?

A bill that is already paid cannot be paid again. If you have paid jeruk.id but the bill turns out to be already paid, you receive a full refund.

Can I cancel after paying?

A token that has been delivered and a bill that has been paid to the biller cannot be cancelled or reversed. Check the number before you place the order.
